Casa Kiev Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow boxed cake mix
  • 1-3 ½ oz cheesecake pudding mix (chocolate can be used for “Black Forest Cake”)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ c vodka
  • ¼ c Kahlua
  • ¾ c water
  • ¼ c powdered sugar
  • ¼ c Kahlua

    • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Combine all cake ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
    3. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
    4. Pour batter into oiled bundt pan.
    5. Bake 50-60 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
    6. Allow cake to cool for at least 15 minutes.
    7. Combine frosting ingredients (powdered sugar and 1/4 c Kahlua) until sugar is dissolved.
    8. Drizzle over cake.

    Notes

  • Just before serving, dust cake with powdered sugar.
